Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant will provide advanced administrative support to the Global Security leadership team. This role manages complex calendars, coordinates travel, and handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The position requires strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordinationMonitor, organize, and prioritize email inboxes, including drafting responses and highlighting required actionsMaintain departmental files in compliance with corporate and legal guidelinesFollow established purchasing and administrative proceduresUse software tools including Office Suite, SAP, Concur, and corporate travel systems to complete daily tasksInteract professionally with senior-level management and internal stakeholdersHandle confidential and business-sensitive information with discretionArrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logisticsCoordinate catering and food service for meetings and eventsIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactivelyPerform additional administrative duties as requiredRequired Qualifications:Associate Degree in Office Administration or equivalentTechnical proficiency with Office Suite, SAP, Concur, and other business systemsStrong multitasking ability and responsivenessExcellent communication skills across all levels of the organizationExceptional attention to detailAbility to manage confidential information with discretionPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level teamsPrior experience in a corporate or security-related administrative environmentBenefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.Pay Range: $20/hr to $23/hr
