This role is vital in supporting department managers and executives by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks designed to enhance operational efficiency and streamline communication within the hospital. The Administrative Assistant II will primarily work during day shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of departmental activities. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. The role may involve supporting division Vice Presidents, Sr. Directors, or Directors, and requires a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
