Talent Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs, and developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions.Responsibilities:Source and identify potential candidates through job boards.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and target profiles.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and interest in the role.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.Track and report key sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Experience working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring goals and timelines.
