Through their family of apps and services, they are building a different kind of company that connects billions of people around the world, gives them ways to share what matters most to them, and helps bring people closer together.We are seeking an HR Business Partner on a contract basis to help support dynamic teams by providing strategic HR guidance and operational support. This role is 100% remote.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees.Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations matters.Support the rollout and implementation of HR programs, processes, and initiatives.Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable U.S. employment laws and regulations.Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and organizational development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR best practices and support organizational effectiveness.Qualifications10+ years of HR experience, ideally within large or fast-paced technology-driven organizations.Proven success as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and contingent workforce regulations.Excellent communication, consulting, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Coaching, performance management, and organizational design experienceInfluencing skillsStakeholder managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fully remote environment.We offer a competitive salary range for this position.
