We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Livonia, Michigan. This role will primarily focus on recruiting and onboarding for skilled hourly production roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing top talent, building relationships with hiring managers, and providing a positive and seamless candidate experience.*This position will be on-site in Livonia, Michigan. There is no opportunity for hybrid or remote work.*Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled production (hourly roles)Use various sourcing strategies, including social media, database mining, referrals and networking with professional organizations to identify talentPartner with hiring managers to understand needs and prepare sourcing strategiesPost job openings, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate selectionCreate, send & receive offers, initiate & monitor pre-employment background checks and complete pre-boarding to day oneMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring processRepresent the company at networking eventsCollaborate and partner with HR on projects related to Veterans Program, Internship, and Co-op ProgramsComplete special projects related to recruitment, continuous improvement and other HR areasRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management3 years recruiting experience, with primary focus on recruiting for skilled hourly positionsProven success in utilizing a variety of sourcing approaches, including social media, database mining, referrals, and networkingMust have experience with behavior-based interviewingStrong understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.Must have prior experience with an ATS, preferable Paycor Recruiting Other:Relocation is not available for this positionSponsorship, now or in the future, is not available for this positionHybrid work schedule or remote work is not available for this position
