We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Clinical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a passion for connecting top talent with exceptional companies. Responsibilities:Recruitment: Recruits for areas of assigned responsibility. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer and involvement with onboarding.Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, additional job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Conduct effective phone screens, recruiter interviews, and assessments.Candidate Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive advantage.Offer Management: Manage compensation packages and extend offers to candidates while ensuring alignment with client requirements and budgetary constraints.Onboarding and Integration: Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (i.e., cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and provide regular performance reports to leadership.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations relevant to our client(s) and agency needs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, required.Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting within a staffing agency, focusing on the healthcare industry (Allied Health & Nurse Recruitment) is required.Proven track record of exceeding recruiting targets and consistently meeting deadlines.Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.Experience with social media platform sourcing, not limited to job boards, LinkedIn and direct sourcing strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Location Preference: We are actively seeking candidates based in the Western New York State Region or its immediate surroundings.Role Transition: This opportunity may offer the potential to transition from a temporary assignment to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
