This remote position is strictly available for candidates within the United States. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making, improve HR processes, and boost employee engagement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and management teams to provide actionable insights that enhance organizational effectiveness. Your expertise will help optimize workforce planning, monitor key HR metrics, and support various HR initiatives such as diversity, inclusion, and employee development programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within an HR department, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to develop engaging dashboards and reports.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying insights to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.ResponsibilitiesGather, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources including HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management tools, ensuring data integrity through regular audits and validation.Analyze HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, performance, and engagement to identify trends and provide insights.Create and present comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR leadership and management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.Conduct workforce analytics, including planning, turnover analysis, demographic studies, and employee satisfaction surveys to inform organizational strategies.Develop and monitor KPIs related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development processes, offering insights for process improvements.Support HR initiatives such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement strategies, and training efforts through data-driven insights.Assist in compensation and benefits analysis to ensure offerings remain competitive within the industry.Utilize data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards that facilitate easy interpretation of HR data for stakeholders.Ensure compliance with labor laws, EEO regulations, and other legal requirements by preparing relevant reports and documentation.Identify opportunities to enhance HR data collection, management, and reporting processes, advocating for best practices.Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis tools and methodologies, acting as a resource for data-driven decision-making.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $60.50 to $65.50.Full-time employment with a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 hours daily.Remote work flexibility within the United States.Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement in HR analytics and data visualization.Collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.Participation in impactful projects that contribute to infrastructure development and organizational growth.Equal OpportunityORIONYX ENGINEERING LTD. is an equal opportunity employer.
