They work with the largest brands and landlords in the world, in residential buildings, student housing, and offices, managing over 100,000 households, with more than 35% QoQ growth.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a hungry and a proven Account Executive to join their growing Sales team. As an Account Executive you’ll be responsible for the full cycle sales and own the client relationship from lead cultivation to closing. You will be negotiating and closing deals with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, and key players in the real estate industry, and become their point of contact for all things, pre-closing. The opportunity for personal growth is limitless.QualificationsSales, Account Management, and Business Development skillsAt least 1-3 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Experience in Prop-Tech or at a startup is a plus)Experience in lead qualification / demand generationKnowledge of using LinkedIn to prospect leads (Sales Navigator a plus)Ability to multitask and manage account listExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesExperience working with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExperience in the real estate or technology industry is a plusAbility to adapt to changing environments and work independentlyBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldSense of urgency to achieve great things in life (essential)CompensationSalary: $80k, 150k+ OTEEquity in the company in the form of stock optionsFull benefit package
