Offering results-driven people a place where they can truly make a difference on a daily basis, this is an opportunity you will not want to miss!Key Responsibilities:Designing and validating manufacturing processes being transferred to a new locationSpecifying precise product functional requirements; designing, testing, and integrating manufacturing processes and fixtures; evaluating the processes’ overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safetyDesigning, developing, and executing process validation plans; creating and reviewing material part specifications and bills of materialsCollaborating with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, and designers to optimize designs for manufacturabilityUtilizing CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems to review and modify existing designs of engineering drawingsProviding engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function. Evaluating manufacturing outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical).1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry. Proficiency in CAD software and statistical process control (SPC) tools.Ability to troubleshoot simple electrical and mechanical systems.Proven ability to identify yield issues, trace them to their source, and implement sustainable countermeasures.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.NO C2C CANDIDATESInterested Candidates please apply on our website at https://jobs.jblresources.com.
