AI/ML Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in software engineering, applied machine learning, and backend development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in real-world production environments. You will work closely with data science, product, and engineering teams to build intelligent systems that power next-generation applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models and data pipelines for real-world production use cases.Build scalable backend services and APIs to operationalize machine learning workflows.Work with large, complex datasets to build statistical and ML models using Python and modern ML frameworks.Optimize model performance, inference latency, and infrastructure costs.Implement MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and retraining.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ML-driven product features.Conduct research and evaluation of new ML techniques, frameworks, and tools.Ensure robust documentation, testing, and code quality across ML and backend components.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning.Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).Solid experience in backend development (REST APIs, microservices, FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar).Hands-on expertise in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing frameworks.
