Provide best-in-class candidate experience, building strong consultative relationships with hiring leaders and identify, attract and hire exceptional talent.Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing through offer acceptancePartner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop job profiles, and align on sourcing strategy, timeline and expectationsIdentify, attract and engage top industry talent using creative and proactive sourcing techniquesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsProvide hiring teams with market insights, data and recommendations to guide decision makingDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and valuesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information with the Applicant Tracking SystemSummarize weekly recruiting progress and share updates on open searches, pipeline activity, and candidate flowQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the construction, engineering or architecture industryOpen to candidates with either in-house or agency recruiting experienceExperience managing a high volume of requisitions and meeting hiring goalsStrong consultative and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidatesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizationDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHigh sense of urgency, strong follow-through, and a passion for delivering exceptional resultsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required; iCIMS experience preferred but not requiredFlexible, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguityFlexProfessionals respects and seeks to empower each individual and support the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills, and experiences of its candidate network.
