Reporting directly to the Divisional Administrative Director, this full-time, non-exempt position is essential for ensuring the smooth coordination of division activities, communication, and record-keeping. The role involves managing divisional email accounts, organizing program drives and records, and assisting with residency planning and implementation. The coordinator will also support event coordination, financial transactions, and liaise with various departments and external vendors to facilitate divisional operations.
