DESCRIPTIONGolden Care Therapy is seeking an experienced State Director to lead operations and drive growth across all departments within their assigned state. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and the overall quality of care for the families we serve.At Golden Care Therapy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We emphasize clinical excellence, compassionate support, and collaborative teamwork across all levels of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all state-level operations, including intake, staffing, case management, and HR functions, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes.Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth of services, staff, and client base within the state.Maintain and elevate the standard of service delivery, ensuring that all clients receive compassionate, evidence-based, and high-quality care.Partner with leadership to align state operations with company-wide objectives and initiatives.Review metrics and reports to track key performance indicators related to client outcomes, staffing efficiency, and operational effectiveness.Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing ABA and healthcare operations.Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment that supports growth, accountability, and professional development.QualificationsProven experience in operations leadership within a healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA setting.Strong knowledge of ABA principles and service delivery models.BCBA certification a plus.Demonstrated success in managing and scaling multi-department operations.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to lead diverse teams and drive results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative leadership culture
