You'll love this position if you're excited about helping people, seeing the results immediately, and delivering excellent treatment!Benefits Of Working At Canadian Dental ServicesExtended health care coverage (Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Eye Exams)Extended dental coverageLong-term disability insuranceUniform allowance ($350 per year)Paid vacation time.ResponsibilitiesCheck the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contactAnswer telephone calls with professionalism.Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationshipsGather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.Manage recall and passive patient systems.Most importantly ENJOY YOUR WORK!Qualifications1 year of previous dental administration experience preferred, but not required.Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (the office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).We look forward to hearing from you and welcome you to apply by submitting your resume for consideration.
