You’ll be the glue that keeps projects, people, and priorities aligned — helping ensure our team runs efficiently and our clients receive a world-class experience.This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll gain experience in operations, marketing, and business systems while playing a critical part in our growth.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Calls Only: Answer inbound calls from customers specifically asking for price/quote and information on our services (this is not cold calling).Track client communications, cleaning schedules, and follow-ups in our CRM (ConvertLabs / GoHighLevel)Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth communication with cleaning teamsCreate, update, and organize business documents, SOPs, and performance reportsCoordinate between cleaning staff, clients, and leadership to keep workflows smoothSupport marketing efforts — posting updates, tracking ad performance, assisting with outreachPrepare invoices, quotes, and follow-ups as neededHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionWho You AreHighly organized and detail-orientedSpeaks English and SpanishExcellent written and verbal communicatorTech-savvy — comfortable learning tools like Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, and QuickBooksProactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environmentReliable, resourceful, and able to work independentlyExcited to grow with a local business and take ownership of your rolePreferred Experience1+ years of administrative or operations experience (virtual assistant, executive assistant, or office manager)Experience in service-based businesses (home services, cleaning, real estate, property management, etc.)Comfortable with client communication and project coordination in English and SpanishRequirementsFluent in English (written and spoken) — able to communicate clearly and professionally with U.S. clientsAvailability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hoursStrong communication skills — comfortable handling conversations with customers via phone, text, and emailExcellent organizational and time-management skills — able to manage multiple priorities, follow through, and stay ahead of deadlinesTech-savvy and adaptable — proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, ConvertLabs, or similar), and willing to learn new tools quickly2+ years of administrative or customer service experience — ideally in a service-based or small business environmentHigh attention to detail — accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and written communication is essentialSelf-starter with strong follow-through — able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervisionReliable internet connection and professional work environment (for remote candidates)Trustworthy and discreet — capable of handling confidential company and client information responsiblyCompensation & SchedulePosition Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. Working hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)Location: Remote (LATAM or U.S.-based)Compensation:LATAM-based remote candidates: $1,000–$1,600 USD/month, depending on experience and English proficiencyBonus up to $500 per month based on sales
