ResponsibilitiesManage schedules and appointmentsProvide administrative support to field members Handle communication and correspondence Maintain files and database Assist with business documents, general office tasks and projects Issuing purchase orders to local and foreign suppliers Inventory management Answering telephone Assist with Customs entry and clearance Run errands Assist with Bookkeeping Invoicing Liaise with Monitoring Center and data entry Daily review of automated reports Maintain and audit of customer accounts Work order management Assist with work permits and other business renewals QualificationsA minimum of 4-7 years prior experience in an administrative role Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and computer literacy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fast learner and ability to adapt Excellent multitasking skills Excellent communication skills and customer service Prior experience in the service industry is an advantage Self-motivated and a team player Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver's license Punctual and dependable Coursework or certification in office administration, business administration, or related fields is an advantageRequirementsValid Cayman Islands drives license Clean police record No prior or current criminal history Drug free Fit to work Ability to work full time and on-site Please note:
