00 per hourJob ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrative Coordinator at our front desk, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, obtaining intake paperwork and demographic information, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying current insurance coverage for consumers, in addition to performing other general administrative functions. Additional responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator include:

Coordinating closely with clinical and administrative teams in order to provide high quality services to consumers in a positive and efficient mannerChecking clients in and out, managing medical records requests, collecting copays, maintaining office supplies, and performing related administrative dutiesPerforming general office duties including typing documents, forms, and spreadsheets, distributing mail, etc. Job RequirementsSuccessful candidates of the Administrative Coordinator role are able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business office while ensuring operational goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Additional requirements of the Administrative Coordinator role include:

High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in medical office administation/reception preferredExperience with insurance verification and payer websites (NC Tracks, BlueE, Availity, etc) strongly preferredValid Driver’s license and automotive insuranceProficient with computers and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsPre-employment screening: Complete criminal backgroundName checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)Drug testingEducation verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
