Job TitleAdministrative OfficerJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionUpdate, manage and add new / existing customers into the database to generate contact details for marketing campaign of both sales and lease projects.Source and add new contacts by targeted industries/buildings;Priority to ad-hoc requirements: As and when required, assist the team with projects requiring sourcing and gathering of new database by industries/buildings;Import database into Company's Customer Relation Management System.Cold call: to request for contact details eg. Name of contact person, email address etc.Walk Building: to gather tenants details by targeted buildings where required. Manage and provide regular update of landlord’s listing into the system.Manage and provide regular sending of asking rental guide to clients in the database who has opted in for our mailing list.Plan and manage department’s meeting schedule.Plan and suggest CEA courses for brokers and to keep track of meeting the CEA’s target for all brokers.Assist and work closely with team on JTC’s regularization projects.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
