About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Admission Counsellor who excels in afast-paced sales environment. You will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towardinformed academic decisions by understanding their aspirations, recommending suitableprograms, and supporting them throughout the admissions process.Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized academic and career counseling, addressing inquiries on courses,eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.Educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career prospectsGenerate and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiriesConvert leads into enrollments while consistently meeting monthly targetsSystematically handle applications and maintain clear communication with parentsFollow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with the admissions team toachieve targets.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive programs, and emerging careeropportunities.Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions in the CRM.
