Duties and Responsibilities Handling holiday operations for Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and African countries. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Upselling extra services to existing customers and generating revenue for the company. Taking handover from the sales team including - connecting with guests for post-sale queries, timely handover of travel documents to guests, payment collections, visa processing, and briefing clients about the package details. Collecting post-tour feedback from guests and increasing positive reviews Responsible for day-to-day holiday transactions and maintaining reports. Offering customers uninterrupted services and ensuring near-zero escalations. Skills Excellent email etiquettes, communication skills and customer service skills. Must be proficient in handling long-haul destinations and clients. Understanding and anticipating customer needs and travel preferences. Should have the zeal to meet or exceed post-sales file handling with efficiency and contribute to month-over-month growth. Completes assignments in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner that achieves expected outcomes; exhibits concern for the goals and needs of the departments that depend on services or work products, handles multiple responsibilities in an effective manner. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts according to customers keeping his requirement in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect; goes above and beyond to anticipate customer needs and respond accordingly. Eligibility 3-8 years experience in handling post-sales for long-haul destinations. Graduation in any domain. Travel and Tourism candidates will be preferred. Knowledge of supplier coordination, negotiations, online tools operations. Prior experience in handling GIT and FIT products. On-ground escalation and problem-solving ability. Outstanding destination and world geography knowledge.
