📣Admissions Manager🔷Job Summary▫️ Job Title: Admissions Manager▫️ Reporting to: Head of Business Development (Admissions & Marketing Department), with dotted-line reporting to Deputy CEO for strategic matters.▫️The Admissions Manager leads the day-to-day admissions process and team, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused journey from enquiry through to enrolment and onboarding.🔷Job Goal To manage and optimize the school’s admissions operations, converting leads into enrolled students by delivering an excellent parent experience. This includes supervising admissions staff, maintaining accurate records, and aligning all practices with the Baseline Fee Policy, Segment-Specific Sales Strategies and marketing campaigns.🔹 Key Responsibilities:✅ Develop and implement admissions procedures and service standards aligned with school policies.✅ Supervise and coach admissions officers/executives to ensure timely response to all enquiries.✅ Manage the admissions funnel in the CRM: lead capture, follow-up, tours, assessments and offers.✅ Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Business Development teams to support events (open houses, orientations, assessments).✅ Provide parents and partners with accurate tuition information, discounts and enrolment requirements.✅Oversee issuance of admissions letters, contracts and student onboarding documents.✅Prepare regular admissions and conversion reports for the Head of Business Development and Senior Leadership.✅Ensure compliance with Baseline Fee Policy, data privacy and document management protocols.✅ Gather parent feedback to improve the admissions process.📔Education & Qualifications:▫️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management or related field.🔷Experience:▫️ Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in admissions, enrolment management, customer service or sales; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
