This role will help maintain and improve internal team and customer experiences.What are we expecting from this role?Support the customer's reinstatement requestsSupport the customer's alteration requests (change frequency, change beneficiary, change contacts information, change policyholder, etc)Support the customer's payments or surrenderMaintain accurate data entry in the Life Asia system (LAS), both manual and SharePointProvide faster and higher-quality customer service to customers who walk into the counter to request any alteration or reinstatement (external and internal).Other duties as assigned by the line manager.Who are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in business administration or managementGood Writing and Speaking in Khmer & EnglishComputer literacy/skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet & E-mail).Willing to learn new thingsAbility to adapt and flexibilityPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
