Company Description PEPY Empowering Youth is a Cambodia-based education and youth-leadership non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of young people through quality education. Since its establishment, PEPY has positively impacted the lives of over 3,100 young individuals in the Chanleas Dai Commune of northwest Cambodia. Collaborating with government-funded schools, local community leaders, and like-minded organizations, PEPY strives to expand opportunities for Cambodian youth. By providing skills, resources, and inspiration, the organization empowers young people to achieve their goals and uplift their communities. PEPY relies on the collective efforts of local leaders, partnerships, and private donors to fulfill its mission effectively. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Teacher based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, with some flexibility for remote work. The ICT Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, creating and updating instructional materials, and providing training sessions that enhance students' technical and digital literacy. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining educational resources, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The ICT Teacher will collaborate with other team members to develop effective educational programs and support students in achieving their goals. Qualifications Proficiency in computer systems, applications, and digital tools for teaching and learning.Strong instructional, presentation, and communication skills to deliver lessons effectively.Experience in training, mentorship, or leading educational workshops.Capability in curriculum development and instructional design is an asset.Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for empowering youth and contributing to their personal and professional development.Bachelor’s degree in Education, ICT, or a relevant field is preferred.Previous teaching experience and familiarity with the Cambodian context are advantageous.
