Join our team!If you are passionate about cinema and want the chance to observe the film industry at close hand, apply to work at the All Asian Independent Film Festival!The All Asian Independent Film Festival, in short AAIFF, will be newly launched to support independent filmmakers throughout Asia to display their unique ideas, to tell the stories deep down inside their hearts, and to inspire both audiences and other independent filmmakers. This will establish itself as an integral part of the global film festival circuit! As the sister film festival of ÉCU, The European Independent Film Festival, which has been held in Paris for the last 19 years, the AAIFF has the ability to harness the rock-solid reputation of ÉCU as one of the world’s foremost independent film festivals and to help bring global attention to Asia's independent filmmakers. If you are curious about the behind-the-scenes of one of the most exciting independent film festivals in Asia, then consider joining our team!We are looking for volunteers to help carry out organisational and promotional duties during, and in the week leading up to, the festival. Availability would be expected from 12th - 14th December 2025 during the afternoon and evening for assisting with the general running and set up of the festival. If you are able to, it is also possible to work during 9th - 10th December 2025.
