We're a small, fast-growing team, and we’d love for you to join us on the journey..About The Job: We're seeking a results-driven Account Manager with proven experience in direct response campaigns on Facebook and Google. You'll jump into exciting projects from day one, delivering strong results and growing with our team.The RolePlan, launch & optimise Facebook and Google ad campaignsImplement conversion tracking and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier)Create ad copy, images & video assets for high-performing campaignsMonitor campaign performance and provide weekly & monthly reportsResearch competitor strategies and identify growth opportunitiesSupport clients through regular communication and check-insCollaborate with internal teams & assist peers with account challengesRequirements: Strong team player with solid project management skillsHighly organised with great time managementExcellent communicator, able to manage a fast-paced workloadProven experience running lead generation ad campaignsCreative eye for compelling images and videosProactive and results-driven, with a track record of campaign successAble to follow proven systems while contributing your own expertiseWorks well under pressure and enjoys a bit of craic with the team!Brownie Points:Experience with ClickFunnels or GoHighLevelExperience with Canva and CapCutBenefits:Work from anywhere remotely (within Irish time zone)Competitive starting salaryYour birthday offMulti-functional and exciting roleFast-paced, growing agencyTraining and developmentFun and enjoyable work environmentSchedule:Monday - Friday9am to 5pm
