Advertising Sales Executive

Starcom Network Inc. , a dynamic media organization, committed to customer satisfaction and employment dedication, is looking for an experienced Advertising Sales Executive. If you are self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and a strong desire to succeed in a progressive environment, we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will report to the Advertising Manager and will be responsible for the execution of sales projects that enhance the corporate brand and increase the revenue earning potential of the company. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing sales/marketing activities and will be expected to achieve and surpass revenue targets.

Proactively identify and establish contact with potential clients. Attract new business to radio, digital or a combination of both platforms (including the sale of digital screen advertising)Actively manage a diverse portfolio of products and/or clients. Qualifications, Experience & Desired Competencies: Sound tertiary level education in Sales, Advertising or Marketing related field. A minimum of three (3) years’ direct sales/marketing experience and the ability to sell radio and social media advertising. Computer competence with strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Suite and the internet.

Passionate about sales and the digital space and possess the ability to attract new revenue, through the digital medium. Ability to conceptualize and execute marketing ideas. Ability to work independently. Solid working knowledge of CMS, Analytics and social tools. Self-starter and possess excellent creative, analytical and organizing skills, initiative, drive and ability to meet demanding deadlines. Ability to solicit major advertising which includes general advertising and digital advertising. Possess own transportation.
