About The RoleThe Adviser, Executive Employment is responsible for supporting the provision of high quality, timely and accurate advice, both to the department and the Victorian health sector. The Adviser will support the delivery of executive HR services and provide expert advice on recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employment conditions, and remuneration in collaboration with key stakeholders across the department and health sector.This role supports the Secretariat function of the Executive Remuneration Committee and the provision of advice to Chief Executive Officers and Board Chairs at Victorian public health entities in relation to the Health Executive Employment and Remuneration (HEER) Policy. The role deals with sensitive HR issues in a confidential and authoritative manner and aims to improve processes by facilitating the sharing of information and working closely with others.About UsAt the Victorian Department of Health we want a future where Victorians are the healthiest people in the world.
