As part of Hostinger's affiliate team you’ll play a critical role in affiliate acquisition for all of our products: Web Hosting, Website Builder, VPS, Domains and Horizons across all markets, including both: inbound and outbound partner acquisition.Curious to learn more? Connect with your team: Augustas Levickas, Head of Affiliates.Your day-to-dayDevelop and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy for both: inbound and outbound partnersIdentify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various verticals and markets, including close tracking of competitor activitiesManage the full affiliate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience: emails, automations, activation campaignsBe fully hands-on with the outreach campaignsNegotiate partnership deals, commission structures, and incentives to maximize performance and attract new partnersBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliatesMonitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, and campaigns tailored to affiliatesStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channelsYour Skills And Experience3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership managementExperience with OKR planning frameworks - you will be fully owning the planning and execution of affiliate acquisition campaignsProven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfullyStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with main marketing digital tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax (or similar), affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ, etc. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsSelf-starter with a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindsetFamiliarity with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ, etc.)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits For You🚀 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Couch Hub, global conferences, feedback culture, digital libraries, and industry-leading subscriptions.
