Job Description

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on the execution side, someone who can identify an opportunity, build a relationship, and implement the necessary activities to deliver measurable results in sales and lead volume. The role will directly report to the Head of Affinity Marketing.RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership Pipeline and AcquisitiIdentify and research potential affinity partners within BDO and SM Group, and as well as external professional associations, financial institutions and other organizationsBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified partnership prospects from initial outreach to contract finalizatio Develop compelling value propositions and presentation materials tailored to prospective partners’ needs and member demographics Negotiate terms of partnership, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize lead generation and distribution opportunityLead Generation and Sales Channel ManagementStrategize and oversee the effective implementation of telemarketing campaigns, working closely with insurance partners’ telemarketing teamsAnalyze campaign performance and member data to refine targeting, scripts, and overall telemarketing strategy to consistently increase conversion rate Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead volume, quality, and conversion rate against monthly sales targetsConduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify new opportunities for collaboration Explore new partnership models and campaign strategies to enhance acquisition performanceRelationship Management and CollaServe as the primary point of contact for secured affinity partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and the seamless execution of co-marketing and sales initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally (internal and external) to ensure partner activities and agreements are compliant to internal and regulatory requirements, on-brand and effectively supportedRecommend process and tool enhancements to increase efficiency and partner engagementJOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, partnership acquisition, or a related sales-focused roleAdequate product knowledge and background on non-life insurance productsStrong regulatory and compliance knowledge on financial services primarily on banking and insuranceProven track record of successfully building and managing a sales/partnership pipeline that deliver measurable resultsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills; able to translate data insights into actionable plansStrong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environmentDemonstrable experience with telemarketing activities and other direct-response sales channels, including strategy development and performance analysisProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with campaign analytics and performance trackingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategiesThe candidate must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas
