About the CompanyTirita Ltd is a small e-commerce brand based in Bristol, UK (est. 2012). We design, print and personalise mobile accessories (mainly phone cases). We’re a tight team of 4–5 people who move fast and value clear thinking, ownership and data-driven decisions.About the RoleThis is a PPC Expert / Ecommerce manager role with secondary responsibilities in business operations. Your #1 mission is to profitably grow Amazon revenue via Ads while managing Amazon, Etsy, eBay and other platforms, and to feed insights back into listings and inventory. You’ll own strategy, execution and reporting for Amazon PPC (and also help us scale paid on eBay/Etsy/Shopify if useful). Operations/bookkeeping tasks are supporting duties; the priority is PPC Account Manager and Ecommerce Manager. ResponsibilitiesOwn the Amazon Ads P&L: hit weekly/monthly targets for ROAS/ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, and revenue by portfolio.Strategy & structure: design account/portfolio structures, campaign types (SP/SB/SD), new-to-brand, defensive/brand, competitor, and category plays; manage budgets and placement multipliers.Hands-on optimization: bids, dayparting, placement, negatives (exact/phrase/product), search term harvesting, query isolation, and conversion-rate levers.Keyword & ASIN research: Helium 10/Brand Analytics/Search Query Performance; build and maintain master keyword & targeting maps.Creative testing: SB video/static, headline hooks, image stacks; coordinate with design for A+ assets that improve ad CTR/CVR.Bulk & automation: use Bulk Sheets, rules, experiments, and scripts/workflows (e.g., Sheets + ChatGPT) to speed iteration.Measurement & reporting: weekly KPI packs, cohort views (new vs. returning), TACOS by product family, incremental lift; set alerting for anomalies.Listing feedback loop: translate PPC learnings into title/bullet/image/A+ improvements and parent-child strategy.Forecasting: partner with inventory to prevent stockouts/overstock based on PPC velocity plans (seasonality, promos, Q4). Secondary Marketplace Ops (supporting)Amazon listings: create/optimise end-to-end, including variations, flat-file bulk uploads, attribute mapping, and A+.eBay/Etsy/Shopify: build/manage multi-variation listings, apply SEO basics, handle personalisation options.Excel & AI: advanced Sheets/Excel (pivots, lookups, array formulas, CSV hygiene) and daily use of ChatGPT for research, drafts, keyword expansion, and workflow automation.Light Admin (as needed):Bookkeeping support: collect/name invoices, prep packs for accountant; basic coding in Xero/QuickBooks (training provided).Purchasing & supplier ops: place POs, reconcile invoices, track lead times; keep a clean stock ledger.PA/Admin: inventory management, profit reports, stock orders. Qualifications2+ years hands-on Amazon PPC ownership (not just assisting): SP/SB/SD, bulk ops, and provable results improving ROAS/ACOS at product and account level.Deep Amazon toolset fluency: Bulk Sheets, Brand Registry tools, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Product Opportunity Explorer, Experiments.Strong analytical chops: confident with data, testing methodology, and drawing insights into clear actions.Expert Excel/Google Sheets and daily AI-tool usage.Excellent written English and a confident phone manner.Reliable internet with a backup plan; organised file management.Helium 10: Cerebro, Magnet, etc.Experience with marketplace SEO and growth metrics (CVR, CTR, TACOS). Bonus SkillsBasic experience with Shopify Ads/TikTok Ads/Meta is a plus.Xero bookkeeping basics. Preferred SkillsHonest, reliable, and ownership-minded.Exceptionally organised; great at prioritising and hitting deadlines.Data-driven, curious, and comfortable running fast experiments.Proactive self-learner who thrives with light supervision.Calm under pressure; ready for Q4 intensity.Comfortable in a small remote team (many teammates in the Philippines).Available UK mornings (PH afternoons/evenings). Pay range and compensation packageFull-time, 70,000 PHP/ month base salary with up to PHP 120,000/month, performance bonus included (profit share scheme). Paid holiday or 13th-month pay available.
