Afghanistan Technical service engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate resources between headquarters and local service providers to meet service targets.Collect and analyze customer feedback, diagnose and resolve inverter product issues, and drive continuous product and service improvement.Provide training to customers on installation, commissioning, and maintenance.Lead major customer complaint resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close the loop.Manage regional service risks, optimize inventory, and reduce business losses.RequirementsExperience in technical service, inverter systems, or electrical maintenance.Fluent in English and proficient in Dari, Pashto, or Persian.Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.Willingness to be based in Kabul, Afghanistan.
