The perfect candidate will have a strong background and proven experience in the influencer marketing and/ or broader marketing industry, specifically working in a high-paced agency environment. You will have experience leading teams and experience in driving high performance teams to challenge themselves and push beyond the status quo. As Agency Director you’ll be the driving force behind Ivy Talent Co, as we continue to grow our team and talent roster.
