This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Support Partner, to provide high level administration ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.What You'll DoManage the coordination of the Volunteer Ambassador Gold Coats program including recruitment, training, rostering, uniforms and communication.Coordination and event management of functions and events, on and off site, including venue and room booking, IT requirements, set up/ pack down catering requirements, agendas and logistics.Organise and coordinate schedules, communication, documents and logistics for meetings. Attend to minute taking of various meetings and working groups, track actions arising from these as required. Assist in the management of travel requirements for team members attendance to conferences/seminars/stakeholder meetings including flights, accommodation, and registration, in accordance with the Corporate Travel Policy.Provide financial administration of invoicing, purchase orders, work orders, credit card reconciliation and any other ad hoc financial requirements.Assist other areas of the business as required under the direction of the Executive Business Support Manager.About YouA minimum of 3 years administration and support experience.An understanding and interest in running volunteer groups.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage conflicting demands through effective time management.An emphasis on collaborating with a team and a ‘can do attitude’.The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.About UsWe offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
