Job SummaryProvide administrative and operational support to real estate agents, including managing records, communications, events, onboarding, the agent portal, and incentive campaigns, while coordinating with external partners and assisting with company events.Job Description:Maintain accurate records and databases related to agent activity, registration status, performance, and participation in company initiatives.Manage incoming communications including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages from agents and external parties.Manage and respond to agent requests, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.Organize and support agent-related events such as roadshows, project launches, developer events, award recognitions, team bonding sessions, appreciation dinners and festive celebrations.Agent Portal Management- Maintain and manage the agent portal, ensuring timely updates and access to accurate information.Assist with onboarding and registration processes for new real estate agents to ensure a seamless transition.Provide basic training and support to agents on internal systems, procedures, and ensure agents receive required inventory such as lanyards and name cards, T shirt.Liaise with external stakeholders—such as developers, vendors, visual video editors and training providers—on agent-related matters including project coordination, event collaboration,social media postings, and support requirements.Plan ,monitor and execute incentive campaigns to motivate and reward agents, including monitoring and verifying agent eligibility based on performance criteria and internal guidelines, Agent Support - Support agents in preparing PowerPoint presentations, paperwork, and materials required for company events or initiatives.Others -Take on special assignments or projects as delegated by the superior, ensuring timely and quality completion.Requirements:Candidates possess bachelor's degree/diploma of Business Administration , Human Resources or equivalentPrefer candidates that can work with dynamic schedule, especially during important company annual events.Candidates with experience in the real estate sector will have an added advantage.Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Fresh graduate can be considered.
