The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs and providing suitable insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on insurance plans, managing existing policies, building relationships with customers, and working with the team to achieve sales targets. Additional tasks may include assisting clients with claims and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance BrokerageUnderstanding of Finance principles and ability to provide informed financial adviceStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain client relationshipsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlinesPrior experience in a related field is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
