Job DescriptionAt WonderBrew, our Assistant Key Account Managers are the key driving force and the heart of the business. They are tasked to develop and grow the brand with creative business strategies and effective ideas under a fast-paced environments. Key account managers will be like entrepreneurs leading a team of multifunctional resources from the front line.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channels.Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape.Source for new business opportunities from designated channels (e.g.: groceries, convenient stores, etc.) to increase the popularity and profitability for companyAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleLead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspects.Demonstrate and provide explanation to customers regarding our productsPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsAnalyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reportsMaintain updated knowledge on current products, pricing, and promotionsFollow up with new and existing customers regarding their feedback or additional purchases of productsFollow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with product promotions and sale opportunities as identified through conversationDevelop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate productsIssue resolution to day-to-day operation to ensure speedy and excellent execution in stores.SalaryBasic: RM4,000 - 5,000(depending on experience) and extra sales incentive & commissionBenefitssales incentive and commissionEPF, SOCSO & EIS contributionshands-on working and steep learning experience with founders of the companyfull forefront exposure in growing a beverage brandlean culture that enables you to grow professionallyfun and positive environment that aims to nurture and grow your skillsbe part of a rapidly growing young company and beverage segment (kombucha) in Malaysiatasting of a variety of gut-loving kombuchaJob QualificationsRelevant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector preferred.Open to candidates with 2 to 3 years of Sales experience working with distributors, modern retailStrong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders effectively.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
