Responsibilities:Focuses on fostering agile principles across the organization, providing coaching and mentoring to teams, facilitating agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning, and supporting the transition to scaled agile frameworks. The role involves leading agile transformations, collaborating with product owners, and developing agile standards and processes to improve team performance.Core responsibilitiesCoaching and mentoring: Guide and coach individuals, teams, and leadership on agile principles, values, and practices.Facilitation: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.Transformation support: Drive and support the organization's agile transformation, including the transition to a scaled agile environment like SAFe.Process development: Develop and implement standards and processes to support the agile teams and enhance their performance.Collaboration: Work with product owners, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective product backlog management.Assessment and improvement: Assess existing agile processes and guide teams and management toward continuous improvement.Change management: Communicate required mindset and practice changes to help the organization truly become agile.
