Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.As a valued member of the APMO (Agile Project Management Office) team, you will play a central role in enabling the successful delivery of strategic investment initiatives through comprehensive project, financial, and operational support. In addition to managing core coordination tasks, you will provide essential backing to leadership by facilitating decision-making processes, ensuring financial transparency across portfolios, and driving accountability throughout the project lifecycle.YOUR CHALLENGESupporting end-to-end project planning, progress tracking, and reporting activities using established PMO tools, templates, and methodologiesAssisting in the preparation and ongoing management of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses, including variance assessmentsCoordinating governance meetings such as Investment Committees – preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action itemsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date portfolio dashboards and ensuring data integrityActing as a point of contact between teams to collect required inputs, secure approvals, and facilitate cross-functional collaborationContributing to process optimisation initiatives, promoting efficiency, compliance with internal standards, and adoption of best practicesProviding consistent administrative and operational support to enable smooth execution of deliverablesYou will also engage proactively with colleagues across functions and management levels, fostering transparent communication and cooperation. By maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and service excellence, you will help strengthen the team's ability to deliver accurate financial forecasts and reporting.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a PMO, administrative, financial, or operational support function, preferably within a private banking or financial services environmentSolid understanding of project management and financial management principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); hands-on experience with SAP is advantageousStrong organisational abilities with close attention to detail and a reliable, independent working styleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; German language skills are a plusAbility to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlinesOpenness to change, continuous improvement, and adopting agile ways of workingThe ideal candidate is proactive, analytically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality support that contributes directly to the success of strategic investment initiatives.We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
