Agile / Project ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive Agile / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects. This role combines Agile methodology expertise with strong project management skills to drive efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesTrack project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, providing regular status reports to stakeholdersManage project scope, risks, issues, and dependenciesCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment with project goalsSupport resource allocation, budgeting, and project documentationDrive process improvements and implement best practices for project deliveryEnsure compliance with organisational policies and standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related fieldProven experience in project management or as a Scrum Master/Agile CoachStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)Strong organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsAgile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe)PMP or PRINCE2 certificationExperience with change management and process improvementExposure to software development, IT projects, or digital transformation initiativesWhat You Will GainLead high-impact projects and cross-functional teamsDevelop expertise in Agile delivery and project managementCareer growth towards Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Project Manager rolesOpportunity to influence strategic initiatives and process optimisation
