This role is also responsible for ensuring the Department meets its KPIs.For more information, please view the Position DescriptionIdeal CandidateDemonstrated understanding of the management of a Waitlist within an Admissions Office setting.Experience in supervision of front-line clerical staff within a health service.Ability to train and educate staff in a variety of tasks, including those relating to Waitlist duties.Ability work in a busy, multidisciplinary team with minimal supervision required.
