Drive ADG’s major business transformation and asset management initiatives.Program Alkina is one of ADG’s most significant transformation programs, and we’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Projects & Assets to provide expert input on project lifecycle management, asset management, and ERP implementation.This is a unique opportunity to shape how ADG manages its capital projects and assets while supporting organisation-wide change and system improvements. This position can be Cairns or Darwin based – with travel expected as part of the role.What You’ll DoProvide expert input into program design, delivery, and ERP implementation.Validate and refine business processes, procedures, and documentation.Collaborate across functions to ensure system integration and operational readiness.Support governance, compliance, and alignment with organisational standards.Act as a change agent, championing communication, engagement, and adoption.Promote safe, sustainable, and risk-aware project and asset management practices.What You BringStrong understanding of the capital project lifecycle, asset management frameworks, and their interdependencies.Experience contributing to business transformation or ERP projects.Proven ability to influence outcomes and collaborate across functions.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritisation skills.ERP experience (Infor/SAP/TechOne).Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Business Systems or related field.Why Join Program Alkina at ADG?Be part of a landmark program transforming how ADG manages projects, assets, and systems.
