Job Title: Agile / Project Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Project Management / PMO / Technology / Product DeliveryAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Agile / Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects in an agile environment. You will be responsible for driving project outcomes, managing timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery execution.This role combines traditional project management with Agile delivery, suitable for candidates skilled in both Scrum/Agile frameworks and end-to-end project lifecycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Scrum LeadershipFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Coach teams on Agile best practices to ensure high-quality and predictable delivery.Track sprint progress and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.Project ManagementDevelop and manage project plans, resource allocations, timelines, and budgets.Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and stakeholder expectations.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external vendors.Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.Align project objectives with business goals and corporate strategy.Stakeholder ManagementProvide regular updates, dashboards, and reports to management and clients.Clarify requirements, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Conduct workshops, planning sessions, and status presentations.Process ImprovementIdentify improvement opportunities and optimize workflows, tooling, and delivery frameworks.Promote Agile maturity across the organisation.Support adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and quality engineering principles.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.Experience3–8+ years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles.Proven track record delivering technology, digital, data, or business transformation projects.Prior experience in Agile / Scrum environments (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile).Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and project management methodologies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency with project and agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project.Strong problem-solving and risk management capability.PreferredAgile certifications: CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSPO.Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2.Experience in tech, SaaS, consulting, finance, or digital transformation projects.What You Will GainLead high-impact agile and transformation initiatives.Work directly with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business.Career growth opportunities into Senior Project Manager、Scrum Master、Agile Coach、Program Manager、PMO Lead。Exposure to fast-paced and innovation-driven environments.
