Job Title: Associate Program Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Program Management / PMO / Strategy & OperationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs and initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with senior program managers and leadership teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, effective governance, and alignment across teams.This position is ideal for candidates who have experience in project or program coordination and are looking to progress into program leadership roles.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & ExecutionSupport end-to-end program planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.Monitor timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues when necessary.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementAct as a central point of contact for program updates, documentation, and communications.Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, finance, marketing, and leadership.Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.Data, Reporting & GovernancePrepare dashboards, status reports, presentations, and program summaries for management.Maintain documentation including RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), roadmaps, and program trackers.Support program governance processes to ensure compliance with PMO standards.Program Analysis & SupportAssist with data analysis to identify program trends, insights, and performance gaps.Conduct research and support business cases, planning cycles, and resource forecasting.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency.Continuous ImprovementSupport optimisation of workflows, templates, and operating frameworks.Identify improvement opportunities related to communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.Promote best practices in program management across teams.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields.1–4 years of experience in project coordination, program support, PMO, or similar roles.Experience in cross-functional environments or tech-driven projects is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in program and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Power BI/Tableau is a plus.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join UsWork closely with senior program leaders and gain hands-on exposure to large-scale initiatives.Strong pathway toward roles such as Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, or PMO Lead.Opportunity to contribute to strategic business transformation projects.Supportive environment with training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
