Job Title: Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate) Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Program Management / PMO / Strategy & OperationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Associate Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs. This role is ideal for early-career candidates with strong organisational skills who aspire to grow into senior program or project leadership roles.You will work closely with senior program managers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth delivery, and governance across initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & ExecutionSupport end-to-end program planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.Assist in coordinating activities across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership teams.Monitor program progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues when necessary.Help drive alignment across teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.Documentation & ReportingMaintain program documentation including plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and trackers.Prepare program dashboards, meeting notes, and status reports for internal and senior stakeholders.Support creation of program presentations and summaries for leadership reviews.Stakeholder ManagementFacilitate cross-team meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.Serve as a central communication point for program updates and information flow.Build collaborative relationships with multiple internal teams and external partners (if required).Operational & PMO SupportAssist in resource planning and allocation for program needs.Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to PMO framework enhancements.Help streamline workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.0–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or a similar role.Fresh graduates with strong organisational or leadership experience (e.g., school projects, internships) are welcome.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Good stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel/Sheets, Slides, Docs, PowerPoint).Familiarity with project tools (JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Confluence) is an advantage.Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.Nice-to-HaveBasic understanding of project or program management frameworks.Certifications such as CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or similar (optional but a plus).Experience in technology-driven or fast-paced environments.Why Join UsHands-on exposure to strategic, multi-team programs.Direct mentorship from experienced program and project leaders.Clear career progression into: Program Manager → Senior Program Manager → PMO Lead → Director of Program ManagementOpportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.Training and certifications support available.
