We’re Hiring: Head – Training (Formulation) & Head – Training (API)At Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, we take pride in being recognized as a Great Place to Work® and certified by the Top Employers Institute — a testament to our commitment to people, purpose, and performance.We’re looking for passionate learning leaders to drive our Technical Training & Capability Development agenda across manufacturing units. Head – Training (Formulation Manufacturing) Base: Dholka, Ahmedabad Coverage: Dholka, Udaipur & JammuLead the Training & Development function across Formulation units — enhancing technical, behavioral, and compliance capability.Key focus:Design & implement a robust learning framework aligned with business goals.Drive GMP, EHS, and technical training programs for all levels.Build a strong culture of learning, certification, and continuous improvement. Head – Training (API Manufacturing) Base: Ankleshwar Coverage: Ankleshwar & DahejLead the technical capability agenda for API units — strengthening functional expertise and compliance excellence.Key focus:Develop & deploy an API Training Framework.Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and measure impact.Partner with plant leadership to make training a business enabler. Who You Are:Experience: 15–20 years in Formulations / API Manufacturing.Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering; L&D or HR specialization preferred.Strong technical knowledge + proven training design & delivery expertise.Level: AGM / DGM (based on experience).Compensation: Not a constraint for the right candidate.Background in marquee organizations is essential.We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer — welcoming candidates from diverse social, cultural, economic, linguistic, and religious backgrounds, and of all genders.
