Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agricultural Engineer, located in Barberà del Vallès. The Agricultural Engineer will be responsible for planning and implementing efficient agricultural processes, such as irrigation systems and pest control measures. Day-to-day tasks may include technical assistance, overseeing agricultural projects, and optimizing processes to improve production and yield while ensuring high standards of quality in line with the company's mission. Qualifications Possess expertise in Agricultural Engineering, including knowledge of farming systems and crop production.Proficiency in Planning and implementing agricultural processes to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.Experience in Pest Control and effective implementation of pest management strategies.Skilled in designing and managing Irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage and plant health.Ability to provide Technical Assistance to support agricultural operations and troubleshoot issues.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in ensuring quality standards.Relevant degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field is required.Experience in a similar role or knowledge of vegetable seed production is an advantage.
