AI Automation Developer

The AI Automation Developer will be responsible for the rapid design, development, and maintenance of internal applications that streamline Cilantro’s operations. Using AI-first development tools, the AI Automation Developer will transform manual business processes into functional, and automated digital tools.ResponsibilitiesUse AI development tools to build and deploy internal web applications and dashboards.Work closely with Cilantro’s internal teams to map out manual workflows and translate them into logical, automated digital processes.Connect internal tools with our existing ecosystem (e.g., communication tools like Teams/Slack) via APIs and/or middleware.Monitor developed applications performance, troubleshoot bugs generated during AI builds, and continuously update tools based on feedback from internal teams.Create "How-to" guides for internal teams and provide training to ensure high adoption of the developed tools.RequirementsAbility to translate manual business processes into automated digital workflows.Strong skill in converting business needs into clear system requirements and logic.Product mindset with the ability to prioritize high-impact features.Hands-on experience with AI-first development tools and prompt engineering.Experience building internal tools, automations, and MVPs quickly.Knowledge of system integrations using APIs or middleware.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
