We specialize in innovative product development, sustainable manufacturing, and close collaboration with global fashion brands.As part of our expansion in Egypt, we are looking for a motivated team member to support coordination between our headquarters and partner manufacturing facilities.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Egypt Operations & Development Responsible who will act as the local communication bridge between DeniMai and our manufacturing partners in Egypt.During the initial phase, the role will primarily focus on research, development, and project setup, supporting new developments and ensuring smooth communication flow between factories and our international teams.This position offers strong growth potential as operations expand.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily communication between DeniMai teams and Egyptian manufacturing partnersFollow up on sampling, development, and R&D processesSupport onboarding and setup of new production projectsTrack development timelines and report progress to headquartersAssist with fabric, trim, and production research locallyVisit partner factories when required to follow developmentsEnsure technical and operational information is clearly transferred between teamsSupport problem-solving during early production stagesFirst 6 Months FocusSupporting R&D and development projectsEstablishing structured communication with partner factoriesLearning DeniMai workflows and reporting systemsAssisting in launching new collaborations in EgyptQualificationsExperience in textiles, garment manufacturing, or supply chains preferredStrong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholdersComfortable working with international teamsWillingness to travel locally for factory visits when neededWhat We OfferOpportunity to be part of an internationally growing teamDirect involvement in global fashion supply chain projectsLong-term career development as Egypt operations expandDynamic and collaborative working environmentCompetitive Salary and Benefits
