Our products serve Saudi government ministries, banks, and enterprises, and we partner with IBM, Groq, Genesys, and ELM.What You'll Work OnYou'll build and ship features across our product suite: Agent.sa (AI voice & WhatsApp agents), SAFHA (document parsing & archival), Velents ATS (AI-powered hiring), and Velents Wisdom (RAG-based knowledge retrieval). You'll own end-to-end delivery from API design to frontend experiences, working closely with AI/ML engineers and product leadership.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop REST APIs, webhooks, and real-time integrations powering our AI agent platformBuild admin dashboards, analytics views, and client-facing web interfacesIntegrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business API, Genesys contact center, IBM Watson STT/TTS, and Groq inference APIsDevelop and maintain RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and document processing workflowsDeploy and manage services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with a focus on data residency and KSA-local hosting requirementsCollaborate on WebSocket/SIP-based real-time voice and chat communication layersWrite clean, testable code with CI/CD pipelines and production monitoringRequiredStrong frontend skills with React or Next.js and modern state managementExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and webhook architecturesHands-on with PostgreSQL, Redis, and at least one vector database (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or pgvector)Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (OCI, AWS, or equivalent)Experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, SSE, or similar)Nice to HaveExperience integrating LLM APIs into production applicationsFamiliarity with OCR/document processing pipelinesExperience with WhatsApp Business API or telephony/SIP integrationsArabic language proficiency (our products are Arabic-first)Exposure to Genesys, IBM Watson, or contact center platformsUnderstanding of Saudi regulatory requirements (NDMO, NCA) and data residencyWhat We OfferWork on AI products at scale serving Saudi government and enterprise clientsDirect impact on Vision 2030 digital transformation initiativesCompetitive salary with relocation support (if applicable)Collaborative team in Riyadh with exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML technology
