AI Business Analyst - Hybrid

Join our dynamic international team and embrace the adventure of working abroad!For an European institution in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a hybrid AI Business Analyst with at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes.Candidates need to be based in Europe within 2 hours of Belgium.Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is required, but not provided. This position is open for contractors.Tasks and Responsibilities:Document business and functional requirements, and develop business cases;Analyze and model business processes and business models;Perform risk analysis;Support assessment and implementation of AI technologies in business processes, including developing roadmaps for AI deployment;Occasionally promote AI awareness and adoption within the organization;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;+5 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes;Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and information systems;Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions applicable to business operations;Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.);Ability to identify opportunities to improve or transform processes through AI;Experience with large organizational administrative processes;Fluent in English;Following countries are part of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
